El Atlantis es un hotel enorme que queda en la palmera, isla artificial construida por miles indios jajaja. Nah, pero sí. Según Wiki sobre la palmera:

La primera vez que vi el Atlantis pensaba que era mentira que fuera un hotel, y si lo fuera, parecía sacado de peli de cuento de hadas con lo tan parecido a un palacio mágico. Fer me llevó a ver el hotel y dar un paseito por los pasillos. La segunda vez que fuimos entramos al The Lost Chambers Aquarium. Usamos el entertainer para los tiquetes porque así salía mucho más barato, como a 200 AED las 4 personas aunque también se podía elegir el descuento por ser residentes pero no salía tan bueno.
La tercera vez que fuimos, entramos al aquaventure. Usamos el descuento que dan por ser residentes. El truco estaba en llegar temprano para así montar en todo antes de que el sitio reventara de gente.

La segunda vez que visité el parque acuático ya iba con menos prisa y mentalmente preparada para terminar exhausta jjajajaja por cierto, la playa artificial es una kk, parece agua estancada con arena rara.
Personalmente me hace gracia que dos super parques acuáticos queden tan cerca, a casi 25 minutos en auto los separa. El Wild Wadi es también uno de los mejores del mundo. Según http://www.travelchannel.com/interests/amusement-parks/photos/the-coolest-water-parks-in-the-world El Aquaventure es el catorce y el Wild Wadi el octavo. Personalmente me gustaron mucho los dos; ambos son diferentes y tienen sus fortalezas.
La primera vez que visité el Wild Wadi, Fer estaba muy contento, decía que estaba mejor que el Atlantis y que no te quemabas los pies. Según Wiki:

Wild Wadi has a heated/cooled wave pool, multiple water slides and two artificial surfing machines. In addition, the park had the largest water slide outside of North America, but it has since been removed to make space for two other rides. FlowRider rides, Wipeout and Riptide, are surfing simulators that shoot out more than seven tons of water per second in a thin sheet across moulded foam structures. These rides produce a realistic wave effect which allows riders to body-board, knee-board or surf.
Breakers Bay is the largest wave pool in the Middle East. It produces parallel and crossing 1.5 m (4.9 ft) waves in five different configurations.
Juha's Journey is a 360 m (1,180 ft) long river which allows guest to relax and slowly float around the park.
Juha’s Dhow and Lagoon is Wild Wadi's play area for children and has over 100 water games/rides.

el parque por fuera no parece muy grande pero cuando entras te das cuenta que está bien y las atracciones están unas pegadas de otras casi, por lo tanto salvas tiempo y no tienes que tirar el tiempo caminando mucho de un sitio a otro.

Mi atracción favorita era ir por el mini rio haciendo el recorrido por todo el parque porque habían partes en las que podía tirar a fer a unas mini cascaditas y hacerle tragar un poquito de agua o tirarlo del flotador muahahaha.
La segunda vez que fui me pareció que había más gente y por lo tanto tuvimos que hacer más fila. Pero eso no le quitó la diversión y la pasé muy bien. Tenía un protector para mi celular, que no se mojara e iba haciendo fotos de todos :)

Las tres veces que he ido al parque ha sido siempre muy divertido. La pasé genial con la increíble compañía que tuve, los toboganes y gritando un poquito... :) jajaja Creo que ya he tenido una super dosis de parque acuático, parques que ni sabía que existían. La verdad es que son extremadamente diferentes al parque acuático en Cali, jajaja Me gustó mucho el baño en el Wild Wadi porque hay servicio de limpieza constante aunque en decoración y ambiente le gana el Atlantis. Los dos parques son WOW. 💕
